Race Information
The Forest of Dean will play host to this long course event and other races during the weekend. Athletes will have the opportunity to race at a lovely venue.
Swim
The swim will consist of 2.4miles at the National Diving and Activity Centre.
Bike
The Bike course will be confirmed shortly but it will consist of 2 laps.
Run
The Run will utilise the footpaths and roads around the Activity centre.
